Stock can be either added manually or via a bulk uploader. Manual entries are super quick to list with our vehicle data look-up tool. Each listing has its own management area, you can add write-ups, feature and spec details in addition to setting auction parameters and multiple images.

Yes - Motanexus is specifically for Trade:Trade and Trade:Public!
Trade users use the quick listing tool from either desktop or mobile device, with its quick vehicle lookup and condition markup and support of multiple images, vehicles are added quickly - probably while the owner is out on a demo in the vehicle they are interest in buying.
When a new vehicle is made available for underwrite, all registered trade users are notified and asked to make an offer (highest bid). The highest price will secure the vehicle if the offering dealer is successful in negotiation with their buyer.
The trade seller and buyer deal directly to ensure a smooth transaction. There is a fixed buyer commitment fee of just £49 and that's it!

White label is a cloud-hosted platform and is available to dealerships worldwide. Its in-built bidder/buyer registration feature incorporates validity checks through a third-party gateway, contact us, and we'll be delighted to chat through your requirements. No - there is a fixed buyer fee built into every listing, this is paid directly to PaddlUp when the hammer goes down, at the end of every auction. At just £198 inc VAT, regardless of the hammer price, the charge is the lowest in the market.
Typically Motanexus platform will be live in 3 days, however, it may be quicker, this really depends on how soon your team completes their configuration, QA and training.
There is a fixed fee for setup of £999 which includes unlimited users (per site), dealer set-up, and onboarding.

To protect buyers while reducing sellers' exposure under the Sale of Goods Act;
Every vehicle will be subject to a fixed price Retail Preparation Charge of £99 paid to the seller as part of the final payment by the winning bidder.
NOTE: The mandatory Buyer Fee and when applicable, the Retail Preparation Charge and warranty plan are made clear to the bidder when they are placing their bids.
In addition to the Retail Preparation Charge and To protect buyers while reducing sellers' exposure under the Sale of Goods Act;
The cost of a 6 month warranty plan from a published tariff is automatically applied. The price applicable is collected at checkout with the Buyer fee and RPC as detailed above.
NOTE: The mandatory Buyer Fee and when applicable, the Retail Preparation Charge and warranty plan are made clear to the bidder when they are placing their bids.
Once the "hammer goes down", the winning bidder is automatically charged the Buyer Fee. After this fee is settled, the buyer's details are securely transferred to the selling dealer, who will manage the entire payment and handover process directly. The dealer handles all typical paperwork and payment steps, just as they would for any other remote sale.
