What are the main differences?
Simply put,

Can I add images to my listings?
Yes!
Upload images from your own storage or directly from your mobile device. There is no limit to the amount of images to support each vehicle listed. Include service history, documents, keys etc.
How do I set reserve prices?
Through your platform administration dashboard, you can easily set reserve prices, opening bid value, add estimated min/max as a bidders guide, and even set bespoke bidding increments for specific listings.

How user-friendly are these platforms?
Both bidders and platform users benefit from our clean and fresh design. Bidders are offered a very simple registration process and have access to their own history and account management area. Dealers can easily upload and manage listings, their dealership settings and more.
What kind of support and training is provided?
Our dedicated team is available weekdays and on hand to provide help on the phone and online tp support all platform user and bidder inquiries.
How secure are these auction platforms?
Paddlup platforms are hosted on AWS servers. User data is secure behind an integral firewall and payment details are never stored. We integrate with third parties for subscription and payment gateway management.
Can the platform integrate with my existing systems?
System integrations are possible through our own API
How does the platform handle marketing and promotion?
Templated notifications are built in so bidders are kept updated on listings they are watching or bidding. Social sharing for buyers is also built-in. A seamless integration with Google ad platform ensures that listings are promoted to the correct demographic audience.
What is the scalability of the platform?
There is no maximum amount of listings, dealers can host as many vehicles for auction as they like. Pricing is not a one-size-fits-all, so you only pay for what you need.
How many admin users can I have?
As many as you like, there is no charge for additional administrators either. We recommend you have at least 2 members of your team with access to your platform.
How does the platform prevent fraud and ensure fair bidding?
As part of bidder registration, identity and fraud is checked using an integrated payment gateway (its free to register we just use the card details). if a registration fails then the bidder is not able to proceed.
Can I have both?
Yes you can!

How will my platform be branded?
Your company brand colours and logo are embedded in the platform, your company details including contact numbers and social media channels are incorporated.
You can choose whatever URL you like, we recommend using a subdomain, auction.[mydealer].co.uk for example, it entirely up to you. We look after all of this as part of your set-up by the way, all you need to do is supply your asset, let us know when URL you'd like and we do the rest!
How do I add stock?
Stock can be either added manually or via a bulk uploader. Manual entries are super quick to list with our vehicle data look-up tool. Each listing has its own management area, you can add write-ups, feature and spec details in addition to setting auction parameters and multiple images.
How do I manage my auctions?
Your admin panel enables you to make as many edits and updates to any listings you create.
Can I trade with other dealerships?
WhiteLabel is a platform for your dealership to sell to external buyers. You can choose to sell "trade" vehicles, however anyone registered can bid, so you will need to ensure that trade listings are specifically marked as such. For dealers who want to sell to both the public and trade, we recommend Autonexus, with its national coverage for trade "reach".
My dealership is not in the UK
WhiteLabel is a cloud-hosted platform and is available to dealerships worldwide. It's in-built bidder/buyer registration feature incorporates validity checks through a third-party gateway, contact us, and we'll be delighted to chat through your requirements.
Please note, certain county regulations may prevent online auctions.
Can I add a buyers fee?
There is a fixed buyer fee built into every listing, this is paid directly to PaddlUp when the hammer goes down, at the end of every auction. At just £198 inc VAT, regardless of the hammer price, the charge is the lowest in the market.
WhiteLabel dealers can add a margin for additional sales revenue from their auction vehicles, collected at the end of the auction and transferred from PaddlUp, so no need far additional payment gateways or admin!
How long before my platform is ready?
Typically your WhiteLabel platform will be live in 7 days, however, it may be quicker, this really depends on how soon your branding asset is available and your team completes their QA and training.
Are there any upfront fees?
There is a fixed fee for White label to include all custom branding, dealer set-up, and onboarding.
What are the ongoing costs?
Monthly subscriptions from just £99.
Is there a minimum contract?
There is NO minimum contract for WhiteLabel users.

How does underwriting work?
Trade users use the quick listing tool from either desktop or mobile device, with its quick vehicle lookup and condition markup and support of multiple images, vehicles are added quickly - probably while the owner is out on a demo in the vehicle they are interest in buying.
When a new vehicle is made available for underwrite, all registered trade users are notified and asked to make an offer (highest bid). The highest price will secure the vehicle if the offering dealer is successful in negotiation with their buyer.
The trade seller and buyer deal directly to ensure a smooth transaction. There is a fixed buyer commitment fee of just £49 and that's it!
My dealership is not in the UK
